Facial Recognition Camera Intercepts Petitioners in Beijing

High ranking CCP officials are now attending a yearly secret meeting in Beidaihe, Beijing, and many petitioners are intercepted from entering the city because of this. Petitioners from Chongqing, including Cai Bangying and Xiao Jianfang, were intercepted near Beijing train station by Beijing police a week ago. The police revealed that they were recognized by the facial recognition camera.
