Streets Inundated, College Entrance Exams Postponed
The three-day national college entrance exam in China in 2020 began on July 7. Local authorities at She County of Anhui Province announced that the two exams on the first day had to be postponed, as streets were inundated and more than 70% of the students could not make it to the exam site on time.
In the following video, some parents who drove students to the exam site with much effort had to watch their cars gradually submerge in water. A group of people was preparing inflatable rafts to provide transportation for those in need.
