Flooding in Chongqing and Wuhan Uprooted Huge Trees

The upper and middle reaches of Yangtze River are experiencing the worst flooding in 80 years. Several videos circulating in China’s social media reveal some shocking scenes in regions near Chongqing, such as a three-story house being washed away, and a railway section destroyed by floodwaters. Two videos released on June 24 show that the Yangtze River has overflowed, flooding the streets in Chongqing and Wuhan, two riverside metros on the upper and middle reaches.
