Expert on the Cost of China's Mass Virus Testing

With COVID-19 cases on the rise, a growing list of Chinese cities are turning to mass testing as a way to help stop the spread.  In Beijing, over 3-million residents have gone through 3 rounds of mass testing. Similar measures have been announced elsewhere. Northern China's Liaoning province, central China's Zhengzhou city, the southern technology hub Shenzhen, and the east coast city of Hangzhou are some of them.
