Vegan Banana Pancakes - Whole Wheat Flour Recipe
These easy Vegan Banana Pancakes are delicious & fluffy on the inside. They are delicately flavored with bananas and topped with Agave syrup, raisins and almonds. It is one of the easiest Vegan breakfast recipes Everrr!!!
Ingredients
Bananas – 2
Wheat Flour – 150 Grams
Vegan Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
Baking Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Plant-Based Milk – 80 ml or as needed to make the batter
Dressing
Agave syrup, Raisins and almonds
Step:
👉🏾 To prepare the batter mash the bananas, then add whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, plant based milk and mix well
👉🏾 Then heat a pan and add 2-3 drops of oil and spread evenly.
👉🏾 Add 2 ladles of the batter and cook over medium heat, once you see the air pockets flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes
👉🏾 You can always add different ingredients like vanilla extract to change the flavors
👉🏾 Serve it with agave or maple syrup and top it up with some fresh bananas, raisins or almonds
