- For the SPONGE CAKE
Beat in mixer 6 egg whites with 75 g sugar. In another bowl beat 6
egg yolks with 75 g sugar. Mix mixtures together. Sift 100 g flour, 50 g cacao, 1 tspn baking powder and 1 tbsp starch. Whisk with paddle. Part mixture in two pans. Bake 40 min in oven 350F.
