1 Million Chinese Customers Unable to Access Bank Deposits

Nearly a million bank customers have run into a problem in Central China's Henan province. They can't access their deposits. The problem has spanned for more than a month in four rural banks. China's bank regulator addressed the issue, explaining the hold on funds.
