Hi guys, this is probably the first English explanation that I write on my video. Excited.
Um.. this recipe can be weird cuz, it is not a normal kimchi you guys ever had and imagined. For me?... Um.. Actually, I don't really like this kimchi. The reason I made this is because recently this recipe is booming on Korean website.
Taste is... like a spicy, sweet, salty salad.
If you are afraid of this recipe, don't try it. Just see as an great trial.
