Putin Meets Xi in Mosow

Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping is in Moscow holding long talks with Vladimir Putin. But the United States calls China's so-called "peace plan" unacceptable and says Xi’s trying to cover Russia’s crimes. NTD’s Iris Tao has more from the White House.
