πŸ’₯ Origami 8-Pointed Star Pop It 🀩

JeremyShaferOrigami
[Rather Simple] How to fold an 8-Pointed Star Pop-It. This model works best folded from cardstock but printer paper or kami paper also work ok. The 8 point star is formed by folding a Blintz Base and then folding the four flaps outward evenly to form an 8-point star. The 8 pointed star is then folded somewhat similar to the Flapping Bird Base. When you open it up and press the middle point inward it will make a popping sound as it gets inverted. It works especially well on a hard surface like a table or desk. To invert it back the other way, you can press on four of the points of the star all at the same time or you can simply turn it over and press the middle point in as you did at first. This model will also spin on the table or on a pencil and maybe even on your finger. I don't think I learned this model from anyone but it is such an easy one that I wouldn't be surprised if many people have folded it before me. I've known about it for many years, but realizing that it makes a good Pop-It... that was my recent new discovery. This origami is the pits! 😯 FYI.... That's short for Pop-Its!πŸ˜‹πŸ€© #OrigamiPopIt #OrigamiFidget #JeremyShaferOrigami Here are some ways to support me to make more awesome origami videos: 1.
