Lords Hear Evidence on BBC Funding

Veteran broadcaster Andrew Neil argued for a hybrid funding model for the BBC, as he gave evidence to Parliament Tuesday. A Lords committee launched an inquiry into the future funding of the BBC earlier this year, after the culture secretary confirmed a government review of the license fee.
