This pan-fried beef buns are perfectly golden and crispy on the outside and have a delicious beef filling with tons of healthy veggies! HOW WE MAKE OUR DOUGH: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1bBiYmRQiE INGREDIENTS: - 1 lb. ground beef - 150g celery - 200g tomato 🍅 - 30g green onion - 90g red onion - 4 cloves garlic - 1 tbsp. oil - pepper - salt 🧂 - paprika - ginger powder - 10 g sugar - 80 ml white wine - 25 ml light soy sauce - 25 ml dark soy sauce - 7 ml chinkiang vinegar DIRECTIONS: 1. add salt, pepper, ginger powder, paprika, sugar into beef 2. add white wine in two parts as you mix ingredients into beef evenly 3. add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chinkiang vinegar, minced garlic, chopped green onion, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, and chopped celery 4. wrap filling in dough as shown 5. add oil to pan on medium heat 6. place buns on pan 7. flip buns 8. add water to a depth of about .5 cm and cover with lid to let the buns steam 9. after the water has all evaporated the buns are ready! 10. serve and enjoy!
