Challenges Facing Disabled Americans: Melissa Ortiz

There are more than 61 million disabled Americans living in the United States, with many of them more than qualified to be employed in the country's labor market. But a lot of people aren't aware of this talent pool. Melissa Ortiz, who serves at the National Center for Public Policy Research as a senior adviser for the Able Americans Project, spoke with NTD about the issue.
