Virginia Mom: Students Hindered by School Purposely Withholding National Merit Awards

A top-ranked Virginia high school made headlines about withholding national merit awards. They only handed them out after early college application deadlines had passed. The school district says they found two other schools where students didn't receive their awards in time. I spoke to the mom of one of those students.
