Jenna Ellis, former senior adviser and counsel to President Donald Trump, says that, just like in 2016, Trump will need to overcome opposition not only from outside his party but also from within. Ellis believes it’s possible there are elements within the GOP that are so desperate to get rid of Trump that they would risk control of Congress and intentionally throw some midterm races just so they could make Trump look bad.
