Macron Seeks Talks With Putin Over Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron is seeking clarification over Russia's intentions towards Ukraine. He plans to hold a phone call with President Vladimir Putin tomorrow. It comes amid continued tensions and rising fears of a Russian attack on the former Soviet republic. Wednesday saw "Normandy format" talks between Russian, Ukrainian, French, and German envoys, in hopes that continued negotiations can resolve the conflict.
