These soft, chewy, glutinous rice and quinoa balls are covered with shredded coconut flakes and dotted with sweet golden raisins. There are only five ingredients!
INGREDIENTS:
- cooked glutinous rice and quinoa (8:1 glutinous rice:quinoa ratio)
- maple syrup
- raisins
- fine shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS:
1. pour maple syrup and raisins into cooked glutinous rice and quinoa mixture and mix well
2. form into balls
3. coat with shredded coconut
4. serve and enjoy!
