Groups Criticize California Bill Seeking to Legalize Certain Psychedelic Drugs

A bill seeking to legalize psychedelic drugs is back. The idea was first introduced and ultimately voted down in 2021, but now, the same state senator is introducing a new bill that seeks to legalize a similar but shorter list of psychedelic and hallucinogenic drugs found in plants and psychoactive mushrooms.
