Sweet Rice Cake in Rice Cooker 电饭煲版米糕

Sticky, chewy, and slightly sweet, this rice cake is a breeze to make! It also has an aroma reminiscent of wine due to the fermenting.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 and 2/3 cup warm milk
Yeast
Medjool dates (optional)
Golden raisins (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. combine all the ingredients except for the dates and raisins in your rice cooker pot and mix well.
2. make sure that there are no clumps in your mixture!
3. ferment for 30 minutes, stir, then ferment for another 30 minutes
4. after fermenting, top with medjool dates (which we ripped into strips) and raisins
5. cook for 54 minutes on regular rice mode
6. serve and enjoy!
