Chinese Bank: E-Transfer Limit Hits New Low

Major State-owned banks in China are setting a new limit for e-transfers. And it's hitting a new low: down to only one thousand renminbi, more commonly known as the Chinese yuan. That's roughly the equivalent of $150.
