Spain Institutes Temperature Control Law

Spanish offices, stores, and hospitality venues will no longer be allowed to set their cooling systems below 81 degrees Fahrenheit in summer or raise heating above 66 degrees in the winter under a new set of energy-saving rules. The government bill has generated a variety of opinions among merchants and citizens.
