Sunak: 25% Tax on Oil and Gas Profits; 90% of Luhansk Region Under Russian Control

The chancellor has announced a 25 percent tax on energy firms profiting from record-high fuel prices, which will help fund a new 15 billion pound ($19 billion) support package for the poor and vulnerable.
