INGREDIENTS: - 5 cups all purpose flour - sichuan pepper powder - 1 tbsp. sugar - 1/2 tbsp. salt - 10g yeast (~1/2 packet) - 4 stalks green onion - cooking oil - 2 cups warm milk DIRECTIONS: 1. combine flour, sichuan pepper powder, sugar, salt, and yeast 2. chop green onions and cook in oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. the onions should look limper. 3. add the green onions into the flour mixture 4. add in 2 cups of warm milk and mix together and knead into dough 5. let the dough rise for at least 1 hour 6. when the dough is ready, you can use any of the 3 methods to make the "pocket." for all of the methods we use oil so the dough doesn't stick to itself. 7. cook the bing in a nonstick pan on medium heat. flip occasionally. 8. serve with any filling you'd like and enjoy!
