5 Chinese State Companies to Delist From NYSE

In a rare move, five major Chinese state-owned companies will delist from the New York Stock Exchange. The companies include oil giant Sinopec, China Life Insurance, Aluminium Corporation of China, PetroChina, and Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co. Each of them said that they would apply to delist their American Depository Shares this month.
