Report: US Invested $800 Billion in China Over 4 Years

A new report says $800 billion have been poured into China over four years. NTD spoke to the report’s author, Derek Scissors, for details. He’s also the senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and the chief economist of the China Beige Book.
