Ofsted is worried about how pandemic restrictions have impacted children's development. Babies are struggling to understand basic facial expressions, and young children have limited social skills. Foreign Secretary Liz Truss meets her Ukrainian counterpart in Poland. She says being tough with Russia is the only approach. Ukraine says it's investigating war crimes after the bodies of over 420 civilians were found in towns and cities around Kyiv, in areas that were recaptured from Russian forces in recent days.
