In an update to the tragic death of a 14-year-old boy who fell to his death in an amusement park in Orlando, Florida, three weeks ago, new reports show that the seat in which the boy was sitting was manually adjusted before the ride—resulting in a much wider opening of the safety harness that he slipped through.
