The national average price for diesel dipped slightly below $5 a gallon on Thursday, according to AAA. This is the first time that it's been under $5 since March this year. Diesel is a key fuel for the entire economy. It powers everything, from trucking and farming to construction. Can the price stay under $5, or will it go up again? NTD spoke with Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, to hear his thoughts.
