The city council of San Jose, California votes to require gun owners to carry liability insurance. It also plans to require the thousands of legal gun owners in the city to pay a fee.
California police recently arrested seven people in San Jose. Four are being charged for a 2020 mass shooting, and the other three were found to be connected to a drug operation.
