CCP-Russia Alliance a Bigger Threat: Professor

Western leaders should break the alliance between Russia and China, according to a French professor, who says China is becoming a more serious threat if it is backed by Russia. On the other hand, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is taking advantage of Washington and Brussels being busy with the Ukraine crisis.
