Prime Minister Boris Johnson insists he won't resign, as he hits back at Keir Starmer. A large-scale study shows the level of Omicron infections at the beginning of the year was unprecedented. Of those who tested positive, two-thirds said they had had a previous COVID infection. Moscow is warning it will take "retaliatory measures" against the United States and its allies. It comes in response to U.S. President Joe Biden saying he would consider personal sanctions on President Vladimir Putin if Russia invades Ukraine.
