Craftsman T1500 Won't Start | Starts And Dies | Dies Under Load | 2 Possible Solutions Customer brought in this Craftsman T1500 Riding Lawn Mower as a won't start. it would sometimes start and Dies, and even start, run for a bit, then when you out a load on it, it would die. I found the no start came from a bad torch plug that gave me a false spark reading. I replaced the spark plug with a champion RN9YC. I started the machine without the air filter and when I had it running, I installed his air filter back on and it bogged out. The air filter didn't look dirty but I blew it out anyway and suprisingly alot of dirt came out. Re-installed it when it was running again and it didn't bog out that time. Ran great and tested it under load. All fixed.
