DRILL PAPER? Pt 2: A Fat Stack Junk Journal Note Pad! Step by Step Tutorial! The Paper Outpost :)! Watch me take a regular drill and drill holes into paper! This makes junk journal notepads easy to make by piercing a hole through about 80 sheets of scrap paper all at one time! This idea came from a paper lover who suggested using a Dremel...I could not find my Dremel so I pulled out the next best thing ..my home drill. :) Wear safety goggles :) It's actually pretty easy to drill holes in paper and the drill can be a great tool in our crafter tool chest!
