President Joe Biden on Wednesday signed into law the $95-billion foreign aid package that provides funding for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. It also forces TikTok to divest from its Chinese parent company or face being banned from U.S. app stores. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) visited Columbia University as anti-Israel protests continued on campus. Mr. Johnson met with Jewish students, condemned anti-Semitism on campus, and called on Columbia's president to resign. The Supreme Court has heard arguments in the Biden administration’s challenge to Idaho's abortion ban. The justices have to decide whether doctors can perform abortions on pregnant women during emergencies in states that have banned abortions.
