Great Leaders are Servants 1- Glennys Hyland

As a leader you don’t see yourself as if you are leading something, you see yourself as a servant. You are serving someone. You found a problem you want to solve, but you can’t do it alone. You need to build a team to do it with you, so together you can bring the solution to the problem. But to build a team you need to build a relationship with them; and love, serve, and care for them. Know their potential, their strengths, and weaknesses so you can encourage them. If we want to be great leaders, we must become servants. Serve those that you lead.
