Leaders Must Love their Vision 3

This ministry encourages other to pray, and people, especially my team, hears and sees me praying all the time because I love what I do. Leaders must love their vision. Love those that they lead. Love what they do. Example: if you had a business selling t-shirts, but you never cared for them. You never wear them. Chances are you won’t succeed in that business. Leaders must lead by example. It is not what a leader says, it’s what a leader does that matters. Their reputation is important. Read my article Eight Marks of Leadership.
